Growthforge is looking for a capable digital operator who can keep online stores, websites and publishing workflows accurate and moving. You will supervise AI agents, make sound decisions and verify that work is ready to go live.

We provide existing code and workflows and a Codex subscription. You should know how to brief a coding agent, give it useful context, review its work and correct mistakes. Writing code from scratch is not required.

What you will do

- Maintain product data and listings across Shopify, Amazon and Kaufland, and investigate operational issues.

- Coordinate approved website updates, routine maintenance tasks and launch dependencies.

- Improve on-page SEO, monitor search visibility and verify links, pages and tracking.

- Supervise content production, prepare social posts, manage ordinary audience replies and coordinate newsletters.

- Monitor approved advertising, report useful findings and escalate technical or budget issues.

What you bring

- Practical e-commerce or website operations experience and working knowledge of SEO.

- Experience using coding agents to complete real tasks beyond drafting text.

- Strong computer and spreadsheet skills, attention to detail and confidence investigating errors.

- Good editorial and visual judgement, clear English and ownership of deadlines and quality.

Shopify, Amazon or Kaufland experience is especially useful. Search Console, a CMS and Google Ads experience are advantages. German is a plus. You do not need to be an expert in every platform.
